The livestock shows are the foundation of the Union County Fair and showcase the hard work of all the local young men and women in the Southern Illinois region.  The work for these shows starts months in advance and culminates in the livestock events throughout the week.  When you come out to the fair, make sure to walk through all the barns and see all the livestock!
